Half a century ago, or, to be more precise in 1953, the production of “fernet”, the forerunner of modern bittern liqueur - Pelinkovac “GORKI LIST” started. The recipe for this bitter liqueur was standardized in 1961, and since then it has remained unchanged. 
As an ideal combination of extracts of twenty-six different aromatic plants, crowned by wormwood that gives it the characteristic colour and bitterness, the “GORKI LIST” bitter liqueur has remained the true proof of traditionalism that is typical of the modern times, too.
This aromatic liqueur with the softly bitter taste can be consumed before a meal as an appetizer that stimulates the appetite and improves the mood, or after a meal, as a unique digestive. It is best when served slightly chilled, with no ice, with a slice of lemon, or when used as an ingredient of refreshing cocktails.
Its main ingredients are 100 grams per litres of the total extract mass, and 28Vol% alcohol.
It is marketed in 1 litre bottles (6 bottles per crate, 600 bottles per pallet), 0.1 l bottles (25 bottles per crate, 3000 bottles per pallet), and in a promo package containing two liqueur glasses (6 containers per crate, 288 containers per a pallet).
Owing to its characteristics, Pelinkovac Gorki list bitter liqueur is rightfully entitled “the only true bitter liqueur”!
